Is Kir made from more than one fabric?
Kir is available in single-fabric or fabric combinations (as shown on the Kir page). The single fabric Kir creates a more classic look, while the amazing color combinations are edgier and provide more options for styling.
How do I lace-up the Toba?
All Toba coats come with two ribbons in complimentary colors. You can start the lacing at the bottom and finish with a bow at the top, or vice versa (as shown on the Toba page). You can weave the two ribbons together as a belt, you can fasten a ribbon around the neck as a halter. You can even throw in your favorite silk scarf. You can create a new look every time!
How long is the Nodia – ¾ length or longer?
Nodia comes in two lengths depending on the fabric. Turquoise and Champagne Dragon are available in ¾ length, see size chart for specifics. The other fabrics are longer, (as seen on the Nodia page) approximately 44 inches. Certain fabrics beg to be longer! Nodia always has a ¾-length sleeve.
Why are some fabrics available in certain styles and sizes and others not?
We make limited quantities of each style. Once a style is sold-out in a specific fabric, it is no longer available. To know what is in stock, check the Buy page for each style. Check back to see our changing inventory of fabrics.

Shipping
What kind of shipping does Ondine Salima use?
All shipping within the United States is through the US Postal Service Priority Service. There is a flat fee of $8 for shipping and handling.
How long does shipping take?
If we have the merchandise in stock (i.e. it appears on the Buy Page), you will have your order within ten days, usually sooner. If you need rush service, please contact us for a quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Sure! Fees will be determined by destination and size of order.
What is your return policy?
Items that have not been worn may be exchanged for credit only, within two weeks.
Special Sizes
What are Diva sizes?
Diva is our Plus-size. Currently our Diva is the equivalent of a US Women’s size 18-20 or 2X. Diva II is in development for Women’s size 22-24/3X. Please don’t hesitate to contact Ondine for more information.
Do you carry Petite sizes?
Not currently, however, the Nodia and Toba work well on petite figures. We typically maintain a small inventory of Cookie Sizes, approximately US size 2. Please ask for details.
